Ilôts KZ RY - UDZ City Center - Evry

- Located on the very centre of a vast Urban Development Zone in the city of Evry, this operation of urban planning and landscaping featured by the financial group ING designed to house 32.800 m² for residential and 6.900m² for tertiary projects. Reaching the High Quality Environmental standard HQE, the first series of buildings (inaugurated in April, 2010) features 5 modern and spacious residences, located in a landscaped garden of 3.100 m². A team of five well-recognized architects handled this operation, which required high teamwork skills during pre-operational surveys to coordinate the effort of the different groups of project participants
