Multidisciplinary experts

• Florence ECART is legal adviser in public law. Her experience in complex operation and project management emanates from a long practice within the public project ownership (as a Chief Administrative Officer in several decentralized territorial Authorities), but also in project execution, as Head of legal department for Paul Chemetov and Borja Huidoboro architecture practice, and as a consultant on various project management. She oversees the legal, financial and administrative issues of the projects.
• Yves CHICOTEAU, Civil Engineer, Architect, began his career being project manager in one of the main French companies of civil engineering (OTH). From 1989 to 1992, he has be project manager in charge of the “Grand Galerie” in the National Natural History Museum in Paris for the Architect Paul Chemetov. Since 2003, he works with Orenoque on the technical and economic expertise of projects, the architectural, urban and functional programming of these.
