UNESCO - Paris

- The UNESCO House, world-famous for its outstanding architectural qualities, is located Place de Fontenoy, in Paris and houses the headquarters of the UNESCO in its main building; three more buildings complete the headquarters sites, including the place where plenary session of general Assembly are held. A second site, located close to the UNESCO Headquarter on rue Miollis, houses UNESCO offices in an unusual architecture. The challenging project of modernization and remodeling of these two sites (75.000 m² and 61.000 m²) requires a 10-year masterplan with various innovative scenarios to manage the restoration and reorganization of these unique buildings.
