Emprise A4/N4 - Champigny s/Marne

- A vast roadway fallow land, right at the cross of A4 and A6 highways, was expected to house a restructuring transportation facilities project operated by the State Authorities. The abandonment of this project let this long neglected site run wild on a 3 km-long cutting edge, running through the city. How could this site allow reconnecting the urban area, in a creative planning able to modernize both residential and economic properties around?
